The Full Monte is a Charity Car Rally from the UK to Monte Carlo (hence the name), and has become an annual event for International Air Charter.
This year IAC helped to raise £26,000 bringing the total raised so far to in excess of £50,000. The Full Monte Charitable Trust will distribute the funds raised to individually chosen worthy causes.
The Full Monte is a 5 day and 5 night exclusive luxury motoring event. The route changes every year, and this year saw 24 prestige cars set off from the beautiful Eastwell Manor in Kent, cross the channel to France, then on to Switzerland, the Italian Lakes and finally arriving into the Monaco’s prestigious Casino Square.
The drive features breathtaking scenery and some of the most thrilling driving roads that the world has to offer, including many of the roads and passes featured on BBC Top Gears greatest ever driving roads.
At the end of a hard days driving, each night sees you arrive at some of the finest and most luxurious hotels from the 5 Star Alliance, Relais and Chateaux and the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. Look up Chateau d’Augerville, The Beau Rivage in Lausanne, Villa Aminta on Lake Maggiore and the Monte Carlo Bay Hotel.
Hugh and Wendy Courtenay, the CEO and Business Development Director of International Air Charter have been supporting the event for 3 years now, taking part in the rally and raising money through gift donations for the charity auction.
