It’s All About EBACE

Published May 15th, 2012 | Author: Wendy

And if you don’t know about EBACE then you are obviously not in aviation! It’s the European Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition, a premier event and the annual meeting place for the European business aviation community.

So of course the Private Jet Charter Team were there to check out all the new aircraft, talk to manufacturers, aviation departments, new business aircraft firms, avionics companies, handling organisations and basically make sure that we cover everything thats new in aviation!!

I do believe thats our very own JK and Derek on the red carpet being given the VIP treatment at the Dassault Falcon stand.  Enjoy boys :)

EBACE is jointly hosted each year by the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), the leading association for business aviation in Europe, and the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the leading voice for the business aviation industry in the United States.

And of course it is essential for us to be there as we have offices throughout Europe and the States, to keep up to speed with all the latest developments in new aircraft and aircraft technology.  (Thats our Derek, Florida office and Dave, UK Head Office) taking a peek on board).

The exhibition takes place at Geneva’s PALEXPO a state of the art exhibition centre covering more than 100,000 square metres, and runs over three days (believe me thats a lot of shoe leather and aching feet) but its so worth it as you get to see so much all in the space of a few days.

At nearby Geneva International Airport, more than 60 aircraft, including nearly every major business aircraft design in current production, is on display in a special 18,000-square-meter Static Display area.

It has to be said that EBACE is a great place to go spend some time regardless of whether you are in aviation or just an aircraft fan.

Hello, is that you there Derek looking all day dreamy at the end of a long hard day? What do you mean they are giving you a flight home? You have to be kidding me!!
