What to do in Cape Town?

Cape Town is a beautiful location. Nature around it is very green and offers gorgeous landscapes. What better way to appreciate the view than taking a cable car up to Table Mountain? You can also abseil down if you’re feeling adventurous. Word of warning though, this is the world highest commercial abseil site! If you would rather have an amazing adventure in the water, you can also go swimming with sharks. You could see up to 40 different species.

Much safer but at least as interesting are the historical sites and museums. The District Six Museum and Robben Island Museum will teach you a lot about the local history and specifically the Apartheid. The down has many different dining options and a very wide range of catering some of them adventurous (but not as much as shark diving). If you are interested in animals, you may want to take a walk on Boulder Beach where you can encounter a Penguin Colony. If music is your thing, then you will enjoy the city’s jazz tradition which is omnipresent in the streets, bars etc.
